HUD Income Guidelines


The 2012 HUD Income Guidelines are effective as of January 1, 2012, for the DPP and Competitive AHP grant programs, and CICA advances. In the event that 2012 census data is unavailable on FFIEC's website, please use the 2011 guidelines for non-housing CICA advances.

The FHLB Chicago uses median income guidelines published annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to determine income eligibility.
